I just finished my aerokaebo today. Phew! Anyway, I’m back to my exercise routine. I have to! I need to! Hahaha! So last two nights ago, I tried to google some tips, you know.. because I’m a big-boned woman. I have a large frame to be exact. Anyhoo, I want to trim down my flabby arms and thick thighs. Argh! Wish I could reach my goal before the start of classes this coming June. Gah!! I have read a lot of tips and I’m really determined to do all those!
First of all, I have to at least do some running, brisk walking or any of the two for 20 minutes. Or step-ups for 10 minutes then walking for 10 minutes again. Actually the exercise that I’m doing everyday, is basically my cardio exercise. So I think It’s also good If I’m gonna do some jogging right? It’s for my thick thighs. Haha! *sighs* I hate my thighs really and not mention my flabby arms!! Those two are my only problem! REALLY!
I’m also back to my diet routine which is 5-6 small meals everyday. Complex carbs, good protein and no junks (omg! can I live without this?! haha) Oh well. If I really want to slim down, I have to. Bye bye sansrival, spaghetti, pesto, caramel frappe, vanilla ice cream, silvanas.
I’m really happy! Yay! I was able to watch some of Agatha Christie’s books on screen! Well, my most favorite movie there is Evil Under The Sun, Death on the Nile and Murder in the Orient Express. I must admit that I really really like David Suchet as Hercule Poirot. Especially the mustache, his accent and the egg shaped head. Haha! I’m really sorry, I just can’t get over with this detective, mystery novels. It’s been a while since the last time I changed my profile at FS. I really don’t like adding those twinkling profiles. Makes my eyes sore. Lolx! but seriously, I really hate it. Anyway, last night due to my boredom, I installed an APP at FS. It’s called FLO. Well, they offer hundreds? of layouts for FS. Very good I say. I actually used their Glamorous theme and I’m currently loving it. Purple and Black! So not me. Hahaha!

How’s valentines? hope you guys had fun. I’m very sorry I wasn’t able to do my EC drops. I will soon. I’m having problems with my internet connection (smart bro). Imagine, I have to pay another 680php for the extension of antenna?! Argh! I mean, what is that?! So, for now, I still have to bear with my connection. Oh well.
Sorry for the lack of update! Lack.. hahaha no, more like, weeks of absolutely NO updates. Really sorry. My PC’s gone dead. Yeah, after 5 years? Anyway, I’ll be back soon. I already bought new parts. So, All I need to do now is to do some reformat and so on.
